An employee will either replicate the expected outcome of the communication from the management indicting its effectiveness. On the contrary, management realizes ineffective communication by receiving an opposite feedback from an employee.

Stress management is another requirement of most profession. The management can easily realize proper stress management through the quality of work that its employees deliver. It is also important to study the employees’ behaviors with respect to every difficult situation to relate such to the work performed. The process will indicate on whether employees are able to cope up with both quality and time management during such circumstances.

Furthermore, for a person to develop professional, one needs to possess an in-depth of knowledge in modelling his or her behavior. As an individual, there are several factors that influence our behaviors in the working environment. Every profession has its acceptable norms of behavior. It is important noting that fulfilling the personal plan gets challenges from the personal objectives. The personal work objectives may make the achievement of personal plan unrealistic. When one does not balance between the time needed for personal plan and personal work objectives then it may be difficult to realize.
One way to assess the outcomes of the two lies in checking whether a skill a person achieves a given skill within the stipulated time. If this fails to be the case then it means that there are other personal work objectives that affect the person’s ability to achieve the same.
Furthermore, observing behavioral changes after the set period acts as an indication on whether the person has realized personal plans or not. Behavioral changes encompass developing such skills as communication and problem solving among others.
