General Conditions and Terms |
The following agreement conditions and terms shall constitute the entire agreement between WritingsCentre.com and the customer, customer being here defined as anyone accessing the WritingsCentre.com website and/or purchasing any product from WritingsCentre.com.
Through accessing the WritingsCentre.com website and/or through the placement of an order through the WritingsCentre.com website, the customer is immediately and forever bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Any changes or revisions to this agreement shall be posted within the agreement, and notification of revision shall be posted on the WritingsCentre.com website. It is the customer’s responsibility to apprise him/herself of said revisions and to be immediately bound by them.
Legitimate Use of Product or Service
Because WritingsCentre.com neither condones nor encourages cheating and/or plagiarism, the customer agrees to the following uses of products and/or services:
- Any ordered product (pre-written or custom) shall serve as a model or example for the customer.
- The customer shall not submit any product obtained from WritingsCentre.com as his or her own original work. If any part or all of a product is submitted, proper source citation shall be used.
- The customer shall not use purchased products from WritingsCentre.com for any commercial purpose; to do so constitutes illegal use and may subject the customer to legal action.
Products produced by WritingsCentre.com are covered by current copyright law, and WritingsCentre.com enjoys proprietary rights on all products, including those rights related to intellectual property.
Indemnification
WritingsCentre.com is not responsible for customer use or misuse of its products and/or services. Should the customer face legal action or other negative consequences, he or she shall hold WritingsCentre.com harmless and defend WritingsCentre.com in the event of any legal or other actions. Said indemnification includes, but is not necessarily limited to, attorney fees, court costs, judgments, fines, and any other negative consequences the customer may face.
Mutual Notification
Any notification that is general to all customers shall be posted on the WritingsCentre.com website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to remain apprised of all such notifications.
At the time of customer order, it shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to include a valid and working email address by which WritingsCentre.com may contact that customer. Failure to provide a valid email address shall not constitute reason for refund request for failure to receive a product.
Order Termination
In the event that WritingsCentre.com is unable to complete an order, it shall immediately notify the customer and arrange for a full refund to that customer.
When customized work is ordered, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide all necessary detail for successful completion of that order. WritingsCentre.com shall complete an order based upon these detailed specifications and deliver it to the customer upon completion.
Should any received order be deemed to not have followed the instructions of the customer, customer must contact WritingsCentre.com within 48 hours of product receipt. WritingsCentre.com shall revise the product, adhering to the customer’s original instructions.
Should a customer fail to contact WritingsCentre.com with 48 hours of receipt, the sale is final and no revisions shall be considered.
Should the customer desire revisions which are not a part of the instructions contained in the original order, WritingsCentre.com shall provide such revisions at additional cost to the customer.
Sale Considered Final
A sale is deemed final when the customer has been in receipt of a product for 48 hours and has not contacted WritingsCentre.com with any issue.
Final Statement
This foregoing terms and conditions of agreement, along with any additional policies posted on the WritingsCentre.com website, shall constitute the entire agreement between the customer and WritingsCentre.com.
