Submitting a Refund Application

Everyone who is a customer of our writing company can apply for a refund. Customers have up to 14 days after the deadline expiry date to submit applications. These time restrictions do not apply to claims about plagiarism. However, please be aware that you will be required to show solid evidence in the form of a reliable plagiarism report that our writing service is at fault.

Note: The reports from some plagiarism checking systems are considered valid while others cannot be relied on. For example, reports from Turnitin, iThenticate and WriteCheck are considered trustworthy while those generated by SafeAsssign.com and manually produced files notes are not.

  1. We are sometimes asked to continue a paper that a customer could not finish. However, we only check those parts created by our own writers for plagiarism, so we cannot be held liable for any plagiarism in sections completed by the customer.
  2. If you feel dissatisfied with our work or service, we will investigate your case carefully. A response will be available in 3 or 4 days. If your claims are valid, we will return your money in full or part.

  1. Provided you get in touch within the forty-eight hours following your deadline expiring, we will revise your paper free-of-charge. If your revisions fall outside this timeline, we may ask for compensation. It may be that our writer will offer to do your revisions at no additional cost. If so, we will be unable to return your money later.
  2. If you have a long assignment, say, 20 pages or above, you can request a free revision within one month following the deadline’s expiry date.
  3. If you change initial requirements, we may be unable to offer a free revision. Additionally, compensation may be required if you neglected to upload critical materials until a project had started or is complete.
  4. In accepting our offer of a no-cost revision, you will be expected to work out a revised deadline with your other requirements. A revision may take a day to turnaround if the instructions are complex or we have problems reassigning it. But we do our utmost to ensure all deadlines are met.
  5. We often try to contact customers by email or through their profile page. It is not unusual for customers to neglect/forget to provide crucial information when ordering. However, the onus is on you to provide all necessary details and we appreciate you cooperating with our employees’ when they request additional materials/information.
  6. You can choose the “Extend Revision” option during the ordering process which will cost only 30% of the regular price. This option allows to extend the time limit our customers can apply for a free revision from 48 hours up to 14 days. Please keep in mind that revision instructions must coincide with the original ones. The fee for “Extended Revision” option is 30 % of the order price, and this payment cannot be refunded if the client does resort to a free revision.

A Full Refund

  1. We may grant a 100% refund where a duplicate paper was mistakenly ordered by you or if we charged you too much. Our customer services team will cancel any invalid order.
  2. We grant a 100% refund if we are not successful in assigning a writing project.
  3. If you are granted a 100% refund, you should cease using any content or materials related to the cancelled order.

A Partial Refund

  1. If you specified an incorrect length of assignment when ordering, we will consider a partial refund based on the right number of words.
  2. If you mistakenly choose the incorrect academic/writing level, we will consider a partial refund.
  3. If any discrepancies are found in your instructions, we will consider an appropriate refund.
  4. Cancellation of orders (writer has been assigned):

Refund percentage

Passed deadline

10-19% of the deadline

20-29% of the deadline

30-39% of the deadline

40-49% of the deadline

50-59% of the deadline

60%+ of the deadline

Note: Although it is regrettable, we are unable to consider cancellations when 30 percent of an original deadline is still left and a writer has taken on the project. Neither is it possible to cancel if your paper is finished or uploaded.

Late Verification

  1. The finance team at our writing service may request proof of your identity to counteract fraudulent Internet behavior. If there is a delay in you responding, your order’s deadline will begin when appropriate verification is received. If you find this lateness problematic, you can ask for your deadline to be extended or place a new (urgent) order

Word Count Issues

  1. We estimate the number of words per page to be 300 and we calculate the total length of a paper on the required number of words. Calculation-heavy technical papers are a notable exception so prices are calculated according to how complex the task is.
  2. Speaker notes for PowerPoint presentations. If asked, your assigned writer will create around 100 or 150 words of notes for each of your slides.
  3. Online tests are a paid service with the price based on the total amount of questions and on the assumption that each page will cover 5 (multi-choice or other type) questions. Consequently, a thirty-question assignment is the equivalent of a six-page order.

  1. We will ask for an appropriate payment when papers need to be delivered quickly/early. Therefore, our representatives may ask for compensation to cover the difference in the price. If your assigned writer offers to complete your paper early free-of-charge, we will be unable to refund the cost later.
  2. If we fail to deliver your paper on time, we will offer part of the order price back at least. This will particularly apply if we did not inform you about the lateness or agree an extension to the deadline with you.

Order Type

  1. We request that customers give careful thought to the type of assignment they need and make the correct selection, e.g., “Report,” “Case Study,” “Capstone Project,” etc.
  2. When asked to help with “rewriting”, our writers redevelop original text by rewording or rephrasing it. We will only ask for extra compensation if you request new research, more words, changed sources or other elements that constitute fresh content.
  3. On occasion, we try to contact customers by posting messages in their profile pages or sending them emails. Please respond promptly, particularly if you need to approve your writer’s work, e.g., topic choice, etc.
